Orders
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving payment. Your order will take up to 3 to 4 business days (excluding bank holidays).
Refunds
Hygiene and our customers safety is super important, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds including face products if opened, used or protective seal is not intact.
How are your products vegan & cruelty free?
Some lipglosses contain animal derived ingredients and by-products including lanolin and beeswax or a red pigment derived from crushed up beetles called Carmine. Our products contain natural ingredients and do not contain animal derived products. Instead we use a cosmetic colorant used as a reddish pigment called Phloxine, or Ci 45510! Some version of it is a pH sensitive dye that enables a colourless lip balm to turn red/pink upon application. Our lipglosses are not tested on animals making them vegan friendly and cruelty free!
